How to Place an Order:
There are two ways to place an order with us. You can either call us at (770) 833-7728 and order by phone or place your order online by shopping with our store. The prices on our website are per panel and in US Dollars. Shipping and Handling charges are not included. Credit Card and personal information needs to be provided via email, phone or fax. We accept all major Credit Cards and Paypal.
If you have any questions regarding the ordering process, drapery width, length, size, hardware, etc., We can custom make any length or width at no up-charge!

How to Order Swatches:
If you wish to request silk swatches, please advise us as to which color or colors you are selecting. As this is a courtesy to all customers, the first 10 swatches are “free” of charge but we ask that in order to satisfy all of our customers that you request only the color or colors you might have an interest in. Your swatch request will be mailed within 48 hours.
The color choices for our 100% silk taffeta are as follows: Cream, Tobacco, Sage, Burgundy, Taupe,
White, Steel Blue, Aquamarine, Taffeta Gold, Bronze, Chocolate, Eggplant, Dark Aqua, Pink/Ivory,
Gold/Ivory, Silver, Multi Stripe, Terracotta, Black/Gold Damask, Green/Pink/Yellow stripe, Black/White Stripe, Polished Gold, Pink/Yellow Stripe, Black, 100% Silk Sheers…available in White or Ivory.
How to Measure for Drapes:
Start by measuring the width of the window frame, from the outside window frame to the opposite side outside frame. This will help determine the width of the panels. Measure the distance from the crown molding/ceiling to the floor, this will determine the length. As reference, measure the distance from the ceiling to the top of the window frame. Our customer service representatives are available to help step you through the measuring process to insure proper measurements. Please note: Our 24″ panels stack back 4″ & our 38″ and 50″ panels between 6″- 8″.
How Much Puddling:
We suggest puddling mainly for decorative drape panels. If you are planning to open and close them regularly, puddling is not recommended.
Here is our Puddling Style Guide:
- Basic Puddle (1” – 2″): Provides a clean look where the draperies just rest on the floor.
- Medium Puddle (3″ – 4”): The drapes have an adequate and more dramatic length to spill nicely on the floor but still not a large puddle.
- Sumptuous Puddle (6″ – 8”): A generous extra length to fan the draperies out on the floor.
How to Care for your Silk Drapes:
We recommend dry cleaning only.
How to Hang My New Silk Drapes:
We strongly recommend to use clip rings (type of binder rings) to hang our drapes which are strong enough to support the weight. You attach the clip rings on the back of the pleat (pinch the pleat with the clip rings). They will be completely functional, opening and closing as many times as you need.
How to Determine the Amount of Rings to Use:
For a 24″ finished heading width panel we suggest to use 6 rings. And our 38″ and 50″ panels finished heading widths, we recommend 9 rings each.
How to Return or Exchange Items:
For a full refund, merchandise must be returned within 10 days of delivery provided that they are in the same condition, with the packing list (the receipt included in the box with your items) and they are shipped securely in the original box, and in its original packaging.
We will not refund the original Shipping and Handling fees in the event of a return and/or exchange unless it is a result of our mistake.
We do not take back drapes that have been hung using rings or pins. We recommend to take one panel out of the packaging without hanging them, but just holding them up close to the window.
Please let us know in advance by phone or email the items you are returning. Credits will be issued upon receipt as long as the goods are not damaged. Customer will pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
A 2% restocking fee will be added to those returns and/or exchanges that are not the result of our error. You should expect to receive a refund within two weeks after the items have been inspected.
Orders that include “Special Order” items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective.
